>trans healthcare that meets international guidelines?

There are internationally agreed upon guidelines for trans healthcare, written in cooperation between major health organisations. The healthcare in some countries meets there, not in the UK though, it should.

> protected to use women's facilities?

Today trans women and girls are legally protect to use women's facilities, as in the law says they can and if anyone tries to stop them then that is illegal

> conversion therapy torture?

Conversion therapy is anything that sets out to change an LGBT person into a cis and/or straight person

> legally recognized in official documentation?

My passport says F on it, which allows me to travel safely. Non-binary people should have the option to have an X on theirs like other countries already allow

> updating your birth certificate?

My birth certificate says F on it which allows me to get married and die in dignity. Only 1% of trans people in the UK have managed to do this because the system is currently awful
